I have bought all my recent vehicles from White Bear Acura Subaru and they are the only people I allow to service my cars. The staff are uniformly friendly and knowledgeable, as well as extremely courte Acura Subaru and they are the only people I allow to service my cars. Peng went above and beyond when recently helping me get my vehicle serviced. He kept me updated on the status of my services, and went out of his way to expedite the process, allowing me to maintain my bus my vehicle serviced. He kept me updated on the status of my services, and went out of his way to expedite the process, allowing me to maintain my busy work schedule. He was also willing to stay a few minutes after close as I was unable to arrive before closing time. He told me to take my time to ensure a safe drive to pickup my vehicle. I could go on and on about the various courtesies he displayed throughout the duration of my services. Peng takes the stress out of getting your vehicle serviced and greets you with an outgoing and positive attitude that I am happy to continue working with. I highly recommend White Bear Subaru and working with Peng 10/10. More

I scheduled a warranty repair and was told it would take an hour to complete the warranty. I waited, in store, for over 2 1/2 hours. I received zero updates during this process and barely received an apol an hour to complete the warranty. I waited, in store, for over 2 1/2 hours. I received zero updates during this process and barely received an apology for having to wait an extra 90 minutes. I've been a subaru owner for 14 years and will not be returning to the WBL location.
