Was told they could beat the rate preapproved by our bank, got to the paperwork after deciding on a car and it was .6 HIGHER than our bank. Called them on it and they magically reduced it .6. So obvi bank, got to the paperwork after deciding on a car and it was .6 HIGHER than our bank. Called them on it and they magically reduced it .6. So obviously could have given us that rate or better to start with. This was unnerving. Also suspect the car we traded in was undervalued. More
