Subaru is the best I started looking for a new car (Subaru Crosstrek in particular) only a couple days prior to purchasing the one I now own. Upon asking for more inform I started looking for a new car (Subaru Crosstrek in particular) only a couple days prior to purchasing the one I now own. Upon asking for more information on the car I received a very quick response and was able to set up a test drive that very same day. Both the dealer and finance people I was in contact with were very pleasant and helpful. My family and I ended up being there after their dealership was closed but we're never "pushed" into making a faster decision or made to feel like we were a burden. It was a great experience and I look forward to my relationship with this dealership for the years to come. I would highly recommend :) More

Not satisfied with the service I came in for an oil change appointment, which I had scheduled online. When I arrived, I told them I noticed my brakes squeaking (on my 2017 MDX), and I came in for an oil change appointment, which I had scheduled online. When I arrived, I told them I noticed my brakes squeaking (on my 2017 MDX), and they said they couldn’t check out the issue, as my appointment was only for an oil change. That was obviously frustrating, seeing as how I drive from WI to have my vehicle serviced here. The people were neither friendly nor accommodating, and I’ll be servicing my car elsewhere. More

A huge thing for me is they do not try to sell or service things you don't want. They bring up certain issues but just saying no is enough for them. More

Great service in a jiffy I brought my 2016 Outback into the dealership for an oil and filter change the other day without an appointment, thinking I would be there awhile. To my surprise I was advised my car was ready to go 45 minutes after my arriival, including a cleaning inside and out.
