Both times Jordan was fast to assist us, provided a loaner vehicle, great with follow up communication and the repairs were done quickly and correctly! I had been considering trading the Acura MDX in on another name brand SUV but the way Jordan addressed our concerns and handled our repairs has changed my mind and I will be sticking with my MDX. Best Sales Experience I've Ever Had This was the best sales experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I normally dread having to go into a dealership because I know that it will be a This was the best sales experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I normally dread having to go into a dealership because I know that it will be an all-day affair while I wait for the sales person to play middle-man with the sales manager as we negotiate a price. After that, I usually expect another couple hour wait while I work with financing. Not to mention the countless times that the car I'm looking for is not on the lot, even after calling ahead to ensure that it's there. This time, I called ahead and spoke to Peter about the vehicle I had found on cars.com. He assured me that it was there and he brought it around to the front so that it was waiting for me when I arrived for a test drive. The Luther no-haggle pricing made the sales process rather fast so I was off to financing. From the moment we agreed on the sale, I was out the door with my chosen vehicle in less than 90 minutes. Thank to Peter Yang and Matt Kritzeck, for the first time ever I will be referring a car dealership to friends and family. Frustrated Yet Again I purchased my first (used) vehicle from here just over a year ago, within the first month there were major issues that required a full engine rebuild I purchased my first (used) vehicle from here just over a year ago, within the first month there were major issues that required a full engine rebuild and the service team was not straightforward with me. Now just recently I was in to replace a side mirror - I should note that I’m a young woman and was very sick at the time - I was given a very vague estimate for the repair and when the final bill was due was charged MUCH more than I was originally told. Both times I’ve been here I’ve felt that they take try to take advantage of the situation and assume they can charge me more because I won’t fight back. I’m extremely frustrated with this pattern and while the service has been technically fine I am hesitant to recommend to other; I do not appreciate the lack of information provided and the vague explainations for what I’m paying for and as a woman find it insulting that they would try to use that to their advantage. More
