James was my service person who answered the phone and said sure, just ask for James when you drive in. I did, and in 30 minutes he had my new battery in, car washed and even washed my salty car mats.I was so impressed with the professional service James gave me ! Was told up front that I should have my transmission and differential oil changed at a cost of $550. I said no and was then told that if something goes wrong my service record would be reviewed and I could have problems with the warrantee. Having the transmission and differential changed at this mileage level is so inconsistent with the recommended service intervals in the owners manual that it is almost laughable. I declined this service and will make sure to review my owners manual for service recommendations before returning or will go somewhere else for routine maintenance. More

An unforeseen task also needed to be done, and Matt alerted us by phone about it early in the process, in order to be sure the job still would be done on time. He was very friendly and shows that he really likes helping people. After our service time had ended, and we drove away, a strange light came on, on the dash, and we returned with questions about it. Eu met us again and quickly resolved the questions we had, even though nothing actually was wrong. He was very friendly and genuinely happy to help us. Cold day and battery failed. I had not used the Subaru Roadside service until the day the battery died at a BP station, 2 January 2018, -11F that morning. Gas stations only selling gasoline are not much help these days, but Subaru Roadside assistance was 10 for 10 and took care of finding a towing service, in turn this got our Outback to Luther Subaru (White Bear, MN). Without an appointment, the service staff at White Bear Subaru were perfect (10 for 10, or 5 for 5) in timeliness and getting the problem solved. Thank you for making a cold hard day so much easier to deal with; while none of this is the end of the world kind of problem, it still makes for a bad day and Subaru made the day turn out so much better than it was heading. More
