Brand new service center!!! The whole experience from the appointment call, arriving, car service provided, to driving out, was exceptional. James made sure the car was finished, with full vacuum and wash, by the time I needed to pick up my kids from school. Tune up was well done, all check points covered. The whole service area is brand new, with automatic doors, heated car drop off area, comfortable desk check in, amazing lounge with TV's, private desks, living room style seating, stocked beverage and snack bar, separate kid's area, new bathrooms. I got so much work done. Go Subaru. More

I didn't buy my Subaru there (I got a "buddy deal" at another Luther dealership) but White Bear is closer to my home, so I decided to try them for par I didn't buy my Subaru there (I got a "buddy deal" at another Luther dealership) but White Bear is closer to my home, so I decided to try them for parts. The parts guy (sorry, I don't know his name) came out to my car with me to make sure I was getting the right parts - "above and beyond" in my experience. In light of that, I decided to check with their Service Department regarding having a remote start installed. They were $300.00 less expensive than I'd been quoted elsewhere, and when I had it done they were quicker than I'd been told. The price was also another $12.00 under what I'd been quoted. Even though I'd just a Legacy and was not in the market for another Subaru (yet) - and made that plain - the sales guys were very friendly (I'd even say "jovial") end made me feel welcomed, and welcome to just hang around a bit and chat about cars. All-in-all, a very friendly, efficient, helpful and professional staff. More

Aside from having one oil change done at Valvoline, all of my service has been done at the dealership. I really like the new Express Service option. No need to make an appointment for a simple oil change. The brand new waiting area makes it worth waiting for your car to be serviced. My two year old appreciated the snacks and kids room - complete with cartoons, a touch screen tablet with educational games, and comfy stools for sitting. I've always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful with any questions that I've had. More

When the final paperwork was delayed I didn't have to wait because they offered to mail it to me (thanks). I had questions about the new models and was introduced to a sales person. While I was on a test drive, the service folks left a message on the sales person's desk to keep me informed of the progress. Well done. More

I am not a fan of Subaru of America though, due to its (lack of) integrity in warranty issues. I don't know how much I trust the Luther dealerships either. The staff of White Bear Subaru is the ONLY reason I return. The staff is the reason I purchased another Subaru and am willing to return to a Luther dealership. Greg went above and beyond to ensure that I received the warranty service that was fair. If it wasn't for Greg I would not have returned to Subaru or any Luther dealership. The staff is the only reason I am willing to deal with either. (purchased my last car from Scott Sprecher, he is great to deal with as well) More
