Not satisfied with the service I came in for an oil change appointment, which I had scheduled online. When I arrived, I told them I noticed my brakes squeaking (on my 2017 MDX), and I came in for an oil change appointment, which I had scheduled online. When I arrived, I told them I noticed my brakes squeaking (on my 2017 MDX), and they said they couldn’t check out the issue, as my appointment was only for an oil change. That was obviously frustrating, seeing as how I drive from WI to have my vehicle serviced here. The people were neither friendly nor accommodating, and I’ll be servicing my car elsewhere. More

White Bear Subaru is the best I am on my fourth Subaru. I have always taken them to White Bear for servicing, they have never failed me. A huge thing for me is they do not try to sell or service things you don't want. They bring up certain issues but just saying no is enough for them. More

Great service in a jiffy I brought my 2016 Outback into the dealership for an oil and filter change the other day without an appointment, thinking I would be there awhile. To my surprise I was advised my car was ready to go 45 minutes after my arriival, including a cleaning inside and out.
