Fair resolution of difficult problem I had an intermittent air conditioning problem that was difficult to find. The A/C stopped working only in hot weather. The colder it was, the longe I had an intermittent air conditioning problem that was difficult to find. The A/C stopped working only in hot weather. The colder it was, the longer the intermittent failure. The hotter it was, the shorter the intermittent failure period. The problem was finally found and corrected in a fair and courteous manner without avoiding responsibility. More

I initially made an appointment for an oil change and I had an issue with my front head lights. In addition to that we found that I needed some new brakes. When they went to take one of my front tires of they found that my tire lugs had to be broken off due to improper placement at tire rotation. (I got it done at discount tire) I really appreciate the regular updates on my vehicle, the pricing before and after any potential issues that could arise. excellent service. More
