Post service problems. Weeks after bringing my Forester in for an air bag recall I realized that the portion of my dash that controls the A.C. and defrosters was electricall Weeks after bringing my Forester in for an air bag recall I realized that the portion of my dash that controls the A.C. and defrosters was electrically dead. I took it to a non-dealership shop thinking a fuse had blown and spent ~$65.00 with no solution. Called the Subaru service department and got Greg. After explaining the problem he asked if I had by chance just had an airbag replaced. On hearing that I had he said bring it in we can likely fix it pretty quickly. And they did. So, while it sounds like someone failed to reconnect an electrical connector while doing the air bag service, they did recognize the mistake over the phone and fixed it quickly and for free. So mixed reviews on this one. I was treated very well and they did admit it was their mistake. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced by these guys.. More

Great Experience This was my first time buying a car through a dealership. I inquired online and Jose got back to me right away and set up an appointment with Alex. This was my first time buying a car through a dealership. I inquired online and Jose got back to me right away and set up an appointment with Alex. When I got there the car was ready for a test drive. Alex was very informative and courteous. I loved the car and went ahead with the buying process. The trim on the rear doors was loose so they said they would fix it before I picked it up next day. I already had financing taken care of so the finance department went over a couple extra options to add but were not pushy when I declined. When I picked the card up the next day the trim was fixed, and took maybe a half hour to finish up and get my new car. I was greeted right away both times I arrived and was offered a drink multiple times and everyone was very friendly. Couple days later I received an email from Alex asking how everything is going and offered to help if I needed any help figuring things out. All and all this was a great experience for my first time buying from a dealership. More
