I appreciated that he was able to negotiate the price directly with me so I was spared the annoying process of the salesperson playing the middleman between the finance person and me. I also found Mike Akright to be easy to work with and responsive with my follow-up questions. Unlike past car purchases, this has been a positive experience. While White Bear is not the closest dealership to me, I intend to continue to service my vehicle there. If the service department measures up to my experience thus far, I have much to look forward to. More
