Jumpy RPM i noticed a couple of weeks before bringing my MDX in for service that the RPM needle would bounce while I was driving below 50 mile per hour. We were quoted a price and an estimated completion time. Both came in well below what was quoted/expected (the quotes and estimated completion time were reasonable to begin with). We worked with Dee Dhanraj who kept us informed of progress and treated us respectfully and pleasantly. While there were significant costs (see what was done), we felt like we received excellent value and we will continue using the WBL Subaru service. More
