15000 mile service and rotate tire visit I owned a Lexus RX400 for 10 years and when it was time to buy a new car, I wanted to buy another Lexus because of the relationship I had with Doug Ev I owned a Lexus RX400 for 10 years and when it was time to buy a new car, I wanted to buy another Lexus because of the relationship I had with Doug Evans, my Service guy that took great care of me over the years. Sadly, Lexus removed a lot of leg room in the front seats and I couldn't buy another Lexus (leg room is THAT important). This was my first visit to the Subaru service dept and Greg was outstanding!
