He informed me that there can be a drain on the battery even if the engine is shut off, but the keys remain in the ignition. The battery had lost its power, when I turned off the car, but forgot to turn off the lights during my granddaughter's softball practice. The battery was tested, corrosion was removed & a protective coating was applied, so the battery would function appropriately. There was no charge for this service. I appreciated James' help during this visit. More
