He is very knowledgeable and listens to what you have to say. He was also very nice when I started asking questions about the features of my new car (I went from a 2010 to 2018, what a difference) and did not make me feel bad about not knowing how to use some of these fancy new features!!! He was very personable as well. Our finance guru Chang, was equally wonderful to work with. He found us a great deal, and he did not try to "upsell" us on things we did not need.
