Service was excellent The staff in the entry area are great. When I called for the oil change the difference was the emphasis on a 6000 mile service which cost about $127. I am aware there is a new dealership GM and I want him to know how the dealership and customer service and sales process has functioned has been excellent. I hope there is not a change to “push” added services. Everyone I have talked with has been courteous and professional as well as well informed. More

Thoughtful, awesome service It's always a pleasure to bring my Subaru Crosstrek in for service and it was especially so when I was in on Wednesday at White Bear Subaru. The guy who wrote up my work order, Peng Lee, listened carefully to what I had to report on my car's needs at 9,000 miles and was able to check out on his computer some important service reminders and tips. Service came quick and fast, though the car wash was down.One point: I thought the battery sounded a little low when I started the vehicle and found that my lack of daily driving probably let the battery drain a little. Solution: top it up on the charger, drive the Subie more. I loved to hear, "Subarus love to run!" I was very happy to be a part of the White Bear Subaru family. More
