Incredible Connection and Customer Service! My first point of contact was through Car Soup. I saw a vehicle from their dealership that caught my eye and inquired if it was available. It was at My first point of contact was through Car Soup. I saw a vehicle from their dealership that caught my eye and inquired if it was available. It was at that point that Julius responded to my inquiry about that vehicle. He also suggested a few other vehicles that had similar specifications that I was looking for (mainly, third row seating for my kids). Julius respectfully asked more insightful questions about what was the most important things to me. My priorities were third row seating and pricing. Julius thanked me for responded and for the feedback. But he didn't simply listen to me and then neglect to respond to me. He actually did some digging and followed up with me! Several hours later, I received an excited email that he found a car that he believed would be a great fit for me. He sent me pictures and I was sold! He had an absolutely ridiculous Honda Pilot that fit all the specs I needed and wanted... and then some! I brought my dad along for fun, and we took a test ride in this thing. Julius was a great host and came along. Instead of offering useless information and trying to "sell me" on the car, he ASKED ME if I had questions he might answer. Rather than feed me junk, he still wanted to listen. Gosh, I am so impressed with his ability to connect and find out what people want and need. I was sold (to be honest, he had me at hello). So we started to crunch some numbers. As that process was going, we took a stroll along the lot and my dad saw a Kia that also somewhat fit in what I was looking for. My eyes were already on that Honda, and I couldn't even give it the time of day. The manager, Rick, came and talked with me about some options, and then we connected with Mike. If ever there was a financing wizard, Mike is it. He asked me what my priorities were (paying it off quickly, low payment) and tried to get a feel for what I was looking for. Mike and I hit it off right away. Mike was not only able to make some magic happen, he got me an incredible rate AND put me a few dollars under my desired monthly payment. He was friendly, fun to be with, and even gave me some ideas and advice along the way. Not once did I feel pressured to do something with my vehicle that I was unsure about. [I have felt pressured to buy wax coating, or stain resistant spray, or whatever the thing is at closing in the past]. But Mike was no-nonsense about frills, got to know me and what I valued, and offered some suggestions that might benefit my Honda purchase. I felt less like a customer and more like a close friend he was looking out for. That might not read well, but I didn't get the creepy fake vibe that he was schmoozing me. Mike genuinely cared about me as a person, and he made me feel he valued me and wanted to make sure I was taken care of like a family member. Many car dealerships have a bad rap. Some of them have earned it. But if you are looking for a refreshing change in the car buying game, with genuine people that have a vested interest in YOU, give White Bear Acura Subaru a visit. Ask for Julius and request he do some digging for you. Then lock eyes with Rick and throw some numbers around that is a benefit to you both. Then let wizard Mike pull some things together and close the deal for you. You'll be glad you did. I certainly am! More

I researched the vehicle and its make extensively prior to visiting. Robert was patient and informative while I presented many questions to him. Additionally, Robert along with the staff worked with me on a fair trade for my vehicle where I had low balled by other dealerships prior to my visit. I had secured financing through my bank prior to purchase and the staff worked cohesively with them. I will be servicing my vehicle here because I know I can trust these guys and that they'll take care of me. Kudos to Robert and White Bear Acura staff! More

Pleasant experience! Very, very hot day, about six autos ahead of me, running about 20 minutes late for my service appointment, immediately thought 'this is going to be a Very, very hot day, about six autos ahead of me, running about 20 minutes late for my service appointment, immediately thought 'this is going to be a long afternoon' I was told within minutes a tech would there here shortly, and he was. Ue Vang took down info, reviewed service to be performed, and looked over my coupons for the best rate. Enjoyed the atmosphere of the customer waiting area, a snack and beverage, looked at a book of subaru accessories. Using the wireless, reviewed emails. Next thing I know car is ready to go, even the rubber floor mats were clean! More

Noisy car sounds I took my Suburu Forester in on a Saturday morning due to a rattling noise that had just started that morning. They were not able to diagnose the prob I took my Suburu Forester in on a Saturday morning due to a rattling noise that had just started that morning. They were not able to diagnose the problem that morning but gave me a loaner to use until they could check it out on Monday. It turned out to be a simple fix and I was back in Monday evening to pick my car up. These associates are so friendly and accommodating every time I go in for something, I can't say enough how much I appreciate the customer service I receive at this dealership!
