Next thing I know car is ready to go, even the rubber floor mats were clean! More

Noisy car sounds I took my Suburu Forester in on a Saturday morning due to a rattling noise that had just started that morning. They were not able to diagnose the problem that morning but gave me a loaner to use until they could check it out on Monday. It turned out to be a simple fix and I was back in Monday evening to pick my car up. These associates are so friendly and accommodating every time I go in for something, I can't say enough how much I appreciate the customer service I receive at this dealership! He builds trust with his customers and has developed a great customer base. The day of purchase he spent time with us and was very helpful. Sam told us to pick our newly purchased car up on Tuesday after 1 pm and before 3pm. When we arrived, Sam was with a customer and had 2 walk-ins. He was extremely busy and forgot to hv the car ready. He had indicated his past 3 days had been so busy and he usually keeps the keys on his desk to remind him, however the keys for my new forester were gone as they had put the protection film on the hood that morning. I understand how one salesman can have a busy day or 2. Then my suggestion is to engage one of the other four sales team members who are sitting at their desks with no customers, to assist customers like me. I work in a busy office with a small team of four. We each take a day to answer phones. Perhaps considering a similar approach and assigning a sale person to take care of incoming customers that sit and wait 1.5 hrs. To pick up their new vehicle, answer any customer questions, or simply explain the process, would be more helpful. The experience of buying at your White Bear Lake Luther dealership impacted my overall impression and unfortunately, it wasn't the best. Also, only had 5 minutes of instruction on electronics and when I got home and checked glove compartment there was no vehicle manual. Very frustrating afternoon and so completely different than my last car purchasing experience with the audi dealership which offered very attentive and thorough customer service. The buying experience is an entire process from first point of contact to when the customer drives the vehicle out of your parking lot. It should be positive and exciting for the customer! I see a huge area for cross training! More
