A dealership down the road did not provide good customer service, only showing me cars with lots of miles. Frustrated and on a whim I went to Subaru. They acknowledge me as soon as I entered the building , no wandering around trying to find assistance. Within 15 minutes I was test driving an Outback and loved it. Financing was quick and painless . Fast forward 3 years and I am now the proud owner of the new Ascent. It is spectacular! Scott took the time helping get the vehicle ordered with the exact specs I wanted. When it arrived he spent time showing how to operate everything . They gained a lifelong customer 3 years ago, great cars and great service! More

Seamless internet purchase We recently relocated from Minnesota to western South Dakota. After an unusually bad hail storm, our former vehicle was totaled and we needed to replace it. Our local Subaru dealer was attentive, but couldn't get us the vehicle color and options we wanted. A relative of ours living in White Bear recommended we check with White Bear Subaru and not only did we find exactly the vehicle we wanted in stock, but were treated to an outstanding internet buying experience including a really great model year end deal on a 2018 Forester - substantially better deal than our local dealer was willing to offer. Matt Fox was super available on line from our initial contact for an internet quote through holding the vehicle for us while we arranged the purchase from 800 miles away.
