Needed to have the battery checked. They got me in late on S The battery was dead on Saturday about 12:00 and called the service department for help. They suggested that I have the car jumped and then bring it i The battery was dead on Saturday about 12:00 and called the service department for help. They suggested that I have the car jumped and then bring it in to have the battery checked. I got it there about 3:00 and they checked the battery and had time for an oil change also which saved me from having to come back a week later and drive 50 miles. They also washed it for me. Matt Fox was the representative who responded promptly and clearly to my queries, took me out for a test drive, and was incredibly non-pressuring and transparent. I followed up with lots of questions and a second test drive, even once when it meant that we got back a few minutes after the dealership had formally closed. He was really open to helping me get a feel for the difference between their vehicles. When I decided to purchase, he took his time, went through everything clearly, and arranged for me to come back when I needed more time.
