Purchased a new 2018 Impreza Sport 5-door We dropped into the dealership to test drive a CrossTrek and an Impreza. We didn't have an appointment, but Matt was available to help us (even though We dropped into the dealership to test drive a CrossTrek and an Impreza. After asking us which vehicles we were interested in and which packages we wanted, he found several cars for us to test drive. We spent quite a bit of time running the cars through their paces, and Matt gamely put up with some car-sickness-worthy maneuvers. After narrowing down our choices and getting some prices, we left the dealership. Not once did Matt utter the words "What would it take to get you into a new car today?". No pressure whatsoever. We stopped by a few days later and put some money down to hold the car of our choice and returned again to buy the car. Karl walked us through the financing process and Matt explained the features of the car. Very relaxed experience and overall second to only one other new car purchase we have made. More

Accurate Diagnosis We left the east coast to drive to MN for a 2-months' stay when, driving through the Appalachian Mountains, our car started rattling. No engine lights but when we turned it on the car wouldn't stop rattling. We took it to Luther White Bear Acura Subaru and within an hour the technicians diagnosed the problem, AND found out that it was covered by the original warrenty before 80K miles (the car was at 72K !!!). Scheduled & waited 3 hours in the comfort of their waiting room....Bingo! Fixed. I was so impressed. We will always come back when we are in your area when we need you! Thank you a million times over for your polite, courteous & thorough repairs. More
