Service quality continues to deteriorate. I brought the car in for 48,000 mile service (oil change and tire rotation). The next day, I got a low tire pressure warning. Inspection revealed tha I brought the car in for 48,000 mile service (oil change and tire rotation). The next day, I got a low tire pressure warning. Inspection revealed that pressures were incorrect, indicating they had not been checked. In addition, there was oil around the filter. Subsequent conversations with Donovan and Dee made me believe that this was not unusual. Donovan indicated that they train their employees, and I responded "This isn't training - anyone off the street would have done better." Donovan abruptly said "Don't tell me how to hire my employees!" and hung up. I'm concerned that the employee messes up something serious and harms someone. Adding to that, the inspection revealed that the rear tire condition was "yellow", but it wasn't mentioned by the advisor. At an earlier visit, a marginal battery wasn't mentioned. In each case, we subsequently bought replacements elsewhere. More
