I am always pleased with the service department at White Bear Acura Subaru. I would not make another purchase here because the sales dept. didn't get my used car cleaned up nor could they be bothered to tr Bear Acura Subaru. Staff is generally friendly enough but the service quality and prices vary significantly. Every time I come in, a different price is charged for an oil change and if I refute it they lower the price i quality and prices vary significantly. Every time I come in, a different price is charged for an oil change and if I refute it they lower the price instantly. This makes me feel they are intentionally try to rip me off. The last time I was in, I had my tires rotated and inspected and they totally missed a nail that was in my tire as well as a bent rim so looks like I paid for an inspection that never actually took place. These are only some of the bad experiences and misses I've experienced in the last few years. The bad continues to outweigh the good so I will likely not be returning for service in the future. More

When we arrived at the dealership and were wandering around the new cars, Yvonne came out in the cold ... coatless ... to ask if she could assist us. Although we had intended to just check out, but not around the new cars, Yvonne came out in the cold ... coatless ... to ask if she could assist us. Although we had intended to just check out, but not actually buy, a Forester, we ended up in her cubicle talking business. When we returned to pick up our new Forester, we really appreciated the dealer having the vehicle inside where it was warm so that we could be coached on some of its features, etc. in comfort! Unfortunately, upgrading from a 2004 Forester to a 2021 model means that the technology is so much more complicated that my husband is constantly whining about how confusing things are nowadays. More
