I asked for a text once my car was ready. I was called out of a site leadership meeting to be told it was ready instead. At that time, I was told the bill was $201. When I arrived, I was going to be cha out of a site leadership meeting to be told it was ready instead. At that time, I was told the bill was $201. When I arrived, I was going to be charged $501. It was changed back to the proper charge after 15 minutes of waiting. My car was returned dirty inside and out, not the service departments usual treatment. This is the 2nd straight disappointing service visit. Last time, my fuel tank was drained and left empty. More

Great place to buy a car. Yvonne was wonderful. I basically bought the car on the phone. when I came in to sign the papers, I was in and out within the hour. Plus, I got a great price. There really has been no follow up from my salesman after I purchased the car. I guess my future business is not that important. At least a phone call would have been nice. I know it was a used car but I sti I purchased the car. I guess my future business is not that important. At least a phone call would have been nice. I know it was a used car but I still paid over 30k on it. Even wouldn’t you want my service? My first issue I had with the auto start they referred me to see a Ford dealer on it. Even though it’s a Ford Taurus 2018 and I bought an extended service contract I would think you guys would want to do my oil changes at least. So I am disappointed all the way around. More

Love the truck I bought. Wasn't to impressed with the service I received. was on time to my appointment to look at truck and had to wait because the vehicle wasn't even on the lot someone was having it " service I received. was on time to my appointment to look at truck and had to wait because the vehicle wasn't even on the lot someone was having it "detailed" well you still should of had it back at the time you set my appointment up.
