For the first time I had less than superb experience with White Bear Acura Subaru. And it is kind of another customer's fault. When my car was done, I got a text message telling me so and I went into the are White Bear Acura Subaru. And it is kind of another customer's fault. When my car was done, I got a text message telling me so and I went into the area to get my car. My account rep, Doug, who is normally excellent was doing a great job talking with another customer. She had a lot of questions and he was answering them. But I had to wait till he was done to get my car. Other reps were available to check me out but I had to wait about twenty minutes before one of them did that. The lady had A LOT of questions. So I don't blame anyone. I think we were all waiting for her to be done so Doug could take care of me. I don't know if this is process or training but maybe when one customer is waiting for their rep, another rep could jump in and take care of the waiting customer? Other than that, great repair, fair pricing, car got washed, etc. More

Service was fine for the recall I went in for. I realize its a dealership so maintenance is expensive but when he said they could replace the burned out running lights for $30 each? I can get a 2 pack at au its a dealership so maintenance is expensive but when he said they could replace the burned out running lights for $30 each? I can get a 2 pack at autozone for $6. That's beyond price gouging. More
