First service for my 2024 Forester for 6 thousand mile oil change albeit a bit early (3,000 miles) since I don't drive a lot. Was impressed with the video walk around with the technician who explained a oil change albeit a bit early (3,000 miles) since I don't drive a lot. Blake and Landon were a pleasure to work with. WB Subaru didn't have a Forester in the color I wanted, Landon found me one and got it there in less than a week. WB Subaru didn't have a Forester in the color I wanted, Landon found me one and got it there in less than a week. More

Kevin was responsive to my messages and provided some competitive deals, which I genuinely appreciated but his attitude left much to be desired. He insisted that I call him for the best deal, stating, "Y competitive deals, which I genuinely appreciated but his attitude left much to be desired. He insisted that I call him for the best deal, stating, "You could possibly take my offer elsewhere and have someone either match it or beat it." While I understand his reasoning, not everyone is in a position to make phone calls—I’m currently recovering from temporary hearing loss, for example. Additionally, I value written communication for something as significant as a car purchase, as verbal agreements can often lead to misunderstandings or changes later on. If he was confident that no one could beat his price, there shouldn't be an issue providing it in writing. Plus, other sales, like Shea Reyes and Jacob Hewson from White Bear, were willing to send their best offers directly via email without any hesitation. Eventually, Kevin did provide his written offer, stating that he could go $500 lower if someone else matched or beat it. I have a friend, Ray, who was also in the market for a car, so I reached out to Kevin to see if he could go $500 lower if we both went to the dealership. Feeling confident in the deal, Ray and I went to the dealership after work, and I brought along another friend to ensure I accurately heard all the information. Ray's girlfriend wanted to join us as well, but she was still in class at the time. When I arrived at the dealership and selected a Crosstrek, the process was initially smooth. However, as I was signing the paperwork, Ray's girlfriend texted him, indicating she needed more time to consider the deal. It was at this point that Kevin stood up and yelled at us, shouting, "Why do you need her approval for your car, and why isn’t she here?" This outburst was rude and unprofessional, and made my ear hurt given my hearing sensitivity. I suggested that we could do as he initially mentioned—send the offer to other dealers to see if they could beat it, then return to him with our decision, or simply proceed with the agreed price that day. If he had room for the $500 discount, the reason shouldn’t be such a sticking point, as it would save us all time and energy. My friends recommended White Bear to me, as they had positive experiences purchasing both used and new cars here. However, I feel my own experience could have been better. While Ray and his girlfriend are still exploring their options, they mentioned they might consider looking elsewhere. Although I can acknowledge that Kevin offered a fair deal, his aggressive tone and emotional reaction made the experience quite uncomfortable. More
