The service was relatively quick and appears to have fixed the problem. The staff were friendly, but the communication wasn't as good as I hoped: the complementary 21-point inspect was performed but the fixed the problem. I find their communication excellent. I live a long drive from White Bear Subaru so I have to wait for my car. Since my car is newer, some of my services take longer than an average vis I live a long drive from White Bear Subaru so I have to wait for my car. Since my car is newer, some of my services take longer than an average visit (for example software updates). They don't sugar coat it. So I come prepared to sit and read etc. Their fresh ground coffee is excellent! Try it! More
