I came away from my experience feeling like they were kind of scammy, they didn't feel trustworthy to me. I brought my Subaru in for an oil change and they suggested work that "needed to be done" that my kind of scammy, they didn't feel trustworthy to me. Charged around $150 to change the headlights too - I wish I would've stopped them and just gotten it done for a quarter of the cost from my mechanic. More

My wife and I had a late lunch close to White Bear Subaru on a Friday; we had driven separately. She stated that she had an indicator light turned on in the dashboard screen. As we walked out to the parking on a Friday; we had driven separately. She stated that she had an indicator light turned on in the dashboard screen. As we walked out to the parking lot it was evident that the driver rear tire had a bolt was stuck in the tire and was slightly low. She White Bear Subaru and spoke with Matt, the service manager to see if she could bring it in to service the tire. He agreed and we drove very slowly the mile to White Bear Subaru and he fit in for service right away even though they were within an hour of closing down. Matt saved us the trouble of replacing the wheel with an emergency wheel and then finding a shop to service the damaged tire, all at a great price! Thank you so very much Matt and White Bear Subaru Service Professionals for the great service and turning what could have been a very unpleasant event into a great service experience! More
