I have had my 2017 Subaru Outback serviced at this dealer since it was new. The scheduling for service has always been easy and adapted to my schedule. Brought car in to repair a non-functioning driver side window. When I picked the car up, the driver side door seal was hanging down dragging on the ground. In addition to this, the side view mirror adjust window. When I picked the car up, the driver side door seal was hanging down dragging on the ground. In addition to this, the side view mirror adjuster was non-functioning. So, I brought it back in. They said they fixed the driver side seal and had to order a replacement part for the side view mirror adjuster. It took over two hours. When I arrived home, the seal was again dragging on the ground. Brought it back for the third time, everyone including the service manager refused to help me until Nena got there. So after 45 minutes waiting for someone to help us, as we received a call to bring it in no need for an appointment. They lost my key which added to the frustration. So after Nena was willing to help, they said it would take 30 minutes and it took over 2-1/2 hours. To my utter frustration, just got a call that I have to bring it back in to have the door seal replaced. No one mentioned that we'd have to bring it back in to have them properly replace the door seal. I can't believe how unprofessional this service department is. I would highly recommend going elsewhere. More
