i love this place. I was in for scheduled service this time but whenever i need service, parts or sales, this dealership is tops. I had a road hazard in my tire once an I was in for scheduled service this time but whenever i need service, parts or sales, this dealership is tops. I had a road hazard in my tire once and it was fixed in minimal time and I was back on the road. I buy my cars here because i know that my vehicle will be well taken care of and I will be given options when available. They were particularly helpful and caring during the time when my spouse was in hospice care and I needed an extra gentle approach. They are so very human here! More

Easy to schedule appointments online and the staff is friendly. Easy to pull into the service area, stop by the desk, and then wait inside with snacks and WiFi. Marilyn did a great job of answering our questions and listening to what we wanted in a car so that she could sh CrossTrek through White Bear Subaru. They offered us a fair trade in price on our 2017 CrossTrek and decent 1.9 percent financing. We’ve had good experiences with the service department in the past so purchasing another Subaru felt good. We are very happy with our new CrossTrek Hybrid. More
