Although White Bear Subaru is not the closest dealership to where we live, Eleanor’s exceptional service made our decision easy. From the start, Eleanor impressed us with her prompt responses to our inquiries and detailed answers to our questions. She was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely friendly, which made the entire process enjoyable. This stood in stark contrast to our experiences with other dealerships, where representatives were slow to reply, vague in their answers, and less enthusiastic about helping us. They are too busy looking for high cost repairs to do. I paid over $2500 and the dealer did the 90k service, but didn’t even address the TPMS tire light. The service representative said that since I didn’t mention it to him, he didn’t think it was worth his time to look into. What kind of multi point inspection is this? Then, he said that the TPMS sensor needed to be replaced and quoted me $250 for replacing 1 sensor. I went to a tire shop today and they said there is nothing wrong with the tire sensors. The TPMS light is off and I did not have to pay for anything. More

I needed some special consideration due to heavy care-giving duties. Nena was amazing at getting me in and out in time to get back for the hospice sitter.
