Great Service I try to always keep my car in great condition and your service department helps me do just that. I did have one thing the last time I had service my I try to always keep my car in great condition and your service department helps me do just that. I did have one thing the last time I had service my instruction manual was not put back in my glove compartment. I did feel the dealership should have replaced that. I was told they don’t have those. Maybe they should have ordered me one. Thanks for helping me with my clock!! More

I was waiting a couple hundred feet away to pick him up. He did not have his cell phone with him. Finally grew impatient and got out of my car to see that they moved and a sales rep told me what to do. Husband concurrently called me using Service's phone on my cell phone to tell me what happened. Awesome service department! We scheduled our Golf TDI for phase 2 emissions service with the other VW dealership in Dayton (where the car was purchased), and had the worst experi We scheduled our Golf TDI for phase 2 emissions service with the other VW dealership in Dayton (where the car was purchased), and had the worst experience imaginable (bottom line they were unknowledgeable & had a poor concept of customer service to say the least!). Ended up having to reschedule the service with White Allen VW, & wished we’d done so in the first place after such an efficient and pleasant experience. We will continue to use White Allen VW for all our service needs, and will recommend them as much as possible! More

Tiguan wouldn’t start! My not yet 3-year old Tiguan wouldn’t start. Talked to the Customer Service Rep, Ryan, who did everthing he could to help me with the situation. I fi My not yet 3-year old Tiguan wouldn’t start. Talked to the Customer Service Rep, Ryan, who did everthing he could to help me with the situation. I finally got my car into service later that day, and he took me right away. Turns out it was the battery, which was on recall anyway. The car was done in little over an hour. Ryan was very helpful and accommodating! More
