40k service I started using White Allen last year when I became unhappy and treated poorly by another VW dealer in the area. They were very polite and listened to the problem I was having with my Jetta. I was so frustrated I didn't think I would even keep my car. They were very through and found the problem. It was fixed. I know that cars are expensive to repair these days, but they tend to be cheaper than their competitor. Yesterday I had my 40k service done at their new facility. What a nice place. The people were so friendly. Just love all the VW merchandise! The competitor is only 10 minutes from my house but I drive 40 minutes to have White Allen take care of my car! More
