My vehicle had a check engine light Ryan was wonderful. We have no Volkswagen services near us. He worked me in the next day when I called and was very determined to be professional & Ryan was wonderful. We have no Volkswagen services near us. The low rating on your store has nothing to do with him but rather a $130 charge just to plug the computer in for a diagnosis. We could not afford the $3800 price tag to fix car so we were out the $130. We won’t recommend you or foreign cars in the future. We were also very disappointed to be directed to the wrong service division by the lady that scheduled our appointment. She knew we 1) had a Volkswagen 2) we’re driving over an hour from another state yet sent an email with incorrect address. More
