Excellent Service Experience I was experiencing some brake issues with my VW Eos and brought it into to White Allen for service. The techs spent a significant amount of time seek I was experiencing some brake issues with my VW Eos and brought it into to White Allen for service. The techs spent a significant amount of time seeking to discern the problem and after checking everything out were happy to tell me there were no serious issues (indeed, no issues at all with the brakes). After sharing the good news, my service advisor thanked me for the trust I placed in them and sent me happily on my way... with no charge. I have been having my VW serviced at White Allen ever since I've owned it and will continue to use their fine service department. They are not only courteous and polite, but very capable and have served me well over the years when I've had issues. I recommend White Allen without hesitation our reservation. Thank you friends, for your fine service. More
Straight forward Stan was very clear and easy to work with. He was not pushy with the financing nor did he try to change what I was looking for. Great service on warranty repair. Ryan and Jamie were great to deal with. VW had refused to cover an issue with my car even though it was under warranty when I took it to another deal Ryan and Jamie were great to deal with. VW had refused to cover an issue with my car even though it was under warranty when I took it to another dealer. Brought it to White-Allen and they got them to rightfully cover it. Brock got all of my problems documented and was great to deal with as well. We’ve bought six cars from White-Allen in the last three years because of their outstanding service. More

Cost of services were higher than other quoted prices from local independent repair shops, but not so high to discourage me from taking the car to the dealer for my last in-warranty service. Great Deal and Great Experience The Volkswagen Team was most helpful when we purchased our new Tiguan. There was no pressure and they were fair with our trade in.
