Desperate in need of an Oil Change. My oil life was at 10% and I was scheduled to take a road trip the same day. I had tried to schedule an appt, but nothing was available until the following Mon. I decided to take my chances and drop in on a Sat morning. The service rep said “sure we’ll get you in, it’ll be 1.5-2 hr wait”. “Ok, I have no choice.” To my surprise, I was out of there in approx 1 hr. I am extremely pleased with the service department! As always, entire staff was very courteous and pleasant. I drive over 15 miles to have my 2010 Honda CRV serviced at White Allen. There is another Honda dealership about 3 miles from my house, but I bought I drive over 15 miles to have my 2010 Honda CRV serviced at White Allen. There is another Honda dealership about 3 miles from my house, but I bought my first Honda from White Allen in 2003 and have always returned there for servicing. I have subsequently bought 3 more Hondas from White Allen and always recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a new or used car. I appreciate their courteous, pleasant, and honest approach whenever I have my car serviced. More
