Great service dept. Honda paint job, not so much. I love the service dept. They are always helpful and do their best to keep my van running. They told me how long it would take and that’s how long I I love the service dept. They are always helpful and do their best to keep my van running. They told me how long it would take and that’s how long I waited. The waiting room is very nice and amenities are a pleasant feature. Honda paint job? Not pleased at all. Honda knew there was a problem, but would not correct it out of warranty. Too bad Honda can’t take after the service dept and do a good job! More

Amazing experience! MICHAEL is Amazon!!!! Michael Ledford and the whole team I dealt with are amazing. Never any pressure thru my months of trying to decide what I wanted. Had many suv on my list but this dealership and Michael won me over in the end. He was very patient thru these last few months. My mom was so impressed she bought a crv with him before me. He never hounded, text and called like so many dealers do. Easy to deal with with a fair price. Went to a honda dealer in beavercreek and it was somthing out of the dark ages. Every Sleezy sales tacit was used in the 90's. I ran out of there almost literally. No clue dealers acted like this on this day and age. It's 2019! How can one dealer offer over 2k off a crv and this one offered 900? If I bought that moment price would of gone up to 1500. Seriously???Michael had to locate the color I wanted and this other dealer was shoving me a higher priced one at there dealer. The manager at White Allen was awesome also and did not come over to high pressure me. There financial rep was great. Huge personality and no high pressure add one's. Never had such a smooth transition buying a new car. Please give this dealership your business and see Michael. They treated me and my 69 yo mother amazing. Both of us are new Honda brand owners. You will save $$ in a more relaxed less stressful environment then a Honda dealer in Beavercreek. More
