When I finally got to talk to someone I realized that they had taken my personal information after the truck was already sold (apparently). Also advertises vehicles online that are already sold (or are they) Very poor service and sketchy people.( Had a friend call about the truck a day after this review and I am adding now that a man named Hugh told me the truck was sold and it did not actually sell until the following weekend. Do Not Buy From White Allen I came to White Allen at the end of January because I needed a car, bought a 2007 Civic Hybrid with 160,000 miles on it. Drove it 30 miles off the lot I came to White Allen at the end of January because I needed a car, bought a 2007 Civic Hybrid with 160,000 miles on it. Drove it 30 miles off the lot and the check engine light came on, when I brought it back they told me I had a dead hybrid battery and that it was going to cost more than the car to replace it. (Not sure how that one slipped past there certification/inspection process) They offered to replace it with a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze with 100,000 miles on it that had battery issues again right after I drove it off the lot but it was winter, so I thought nothing of it. Drove the thing for all of three months with no accidents or issues and it started overheating. Had an ASE certified mechanic replace the Thermostat, Water Outlet, Radiator Sensor, still overheating. I came to find out there was almost a class action lawsuit on that year Chevy Cruze because of these issues that White Allen should have been aware of (Same with the original Civic) they never mentioned. I tried taking it to their service center for a diagnostic, but they said they wouldn't touch it for less than 110$. After all the trouble I've had with this business and now being stuck with a car I haven't even owned for half a year, that was made in the last decade, that overheats and they aren't even willing to look at it? Used car or new car I can't recommend that anyone do business with White Allen. Shady, rude, pushy, and downright dishonest barely covers my opinion of this dealership. More
