Willing to help I decided to check out white Allen after getting a referral from a coworker. I didn't have much hope as I had over 5k in negative equity in the vehicl I decided to check out white Allen after getting a referral from a coworker. I didn't have much hope as I had over 5k in negative equity in the vehicle I was driving. I didn't qualify for the first vehicle I looked at, and went home. I figured it was like the other lots I had been to and it just wasn't going to happen, I was stuck with an unreliable vehicle I still owed too much on. However, to my surprise Ed started texting me the following business day about different vehicles that may work for me. It was a bit of a struggle, but he remained positive that this was going to work one way or another. He communicated with me about every change in detail along the way, I didn't even have to leave work and sit in a dealership lobby all day! Within 48 hours he was able to find a vehicle I liked, and was approved for. Again, I was able to remain at work while Ed and his guys did all the boring processing parts. We made sure insurance information was handled during my lunch break, and after work I was able to pickup my 2014 vehicle! I am SO thankful I was referred to White Allen, now my family has reliable transportation. Down the road when I need a new car, I won't hesitate giving Ed a call! Thank you so much for taking the time to work with me! I know it may sound stupid to some that I'm thanking a car dealer, because of course he wants a sale right. Again this was not the 1st, or 2nd lot I had been to. However, it was the only one I went to where I found a salesman who remained so positive no matter what obstacles were in our way!
