Mike and I had a very good experience with Jerry. Mike talked to him numerous times on the phone and Jerry was very helpful. Jerry was able to answer our questions. I wanted to share my recent experience with Whitaker Buick GMC. I purchased a brand spankin’ new 2012 GMC Terrain …. And I love it… Smooth Ride, luxurious and modern interior, great fuel economy, an Buick GMC. I purchased a brand spankin’ new 2012 GMC Terrain …. And I love it… Smooth Ride, luxurious and modern interior, great fuel economy, and it can pull all my toys! Dan Fryman was my salesman whoom I was very happy with his service. I did my due diligence shopping around… And true to his word he found the exact vehicle I wanted at a price no other dealership would match. He did much to accommodate me through the entire process. Then there was Bob who set up my financing. He’s a very personable fella, presented me my options, I didn’t feel rushed or pressured one way or the other. He answered all my questions and I got to make the best choice for me. Then there’s the service team, Brian and Scott both have been great…. This is my second vehicle from Whitaker and honestly the quality of the vehicles and the customer service have been exceptional. And Last but not least there’s Renae my favorite receptionist. You can tell by the friendly banter amongst each other that they’re a close nit group at Whitaker and they all work really well together. I had visited a dealer in White Bear Lake that did not give me the time day when I was looking for one of my last vehicles, sales people were engaged in personal conversations and did not seem to want to give me the time day when I was looking for one of my last vehicles, sales people were engaged in personal conversations and did not seem to want to waste their time on me. I went to this dealer and was treated like a personal friend by Jerry. I have bought four vehicles from him and have always felt like I was getting a fair deal. Every year I get a card on my birthday and an occasional call to see how I am doing! I am in sales too, I can't imagine tring to keep up with that. The man that helped with the papers was fun. I don't remember his name unfortunately. I have not used the service department since Whittaker took over....I avoided it when Novak had a rude family member as service manager. I will be back now for service work. More
