Unbelievable! Hassle free, no pressure, friendly service, Dave provided everything I asked for. Having researched the vehicle I was looking for and checking prices from various reliable sources, I knew going Dave provided everything I asked for. Having researched the vehicle I was looking for and checking prices from various reliable sources, I knew going in that the vehicle was fairly priced, but, I had to ask anyway, right? David said the price was firm, (no "asking the boss", and then, his "boss", etc.) I can really respect that, not wasting my time or theirs. What wasn't "fair" was the vehicle. The next day I took it to the repair shop that I've used for about 20 years and had them go over it with a fine tooth comb. What did they say? I'll probably need rear brakes and struts sometime this year, that was it. They also commented that the vehicle was in great shape, LOADED with options, and was gently used and well taken care of. Not "fair" condition, but "excellent" condition, especially with an average of 6k per year miles on the odometer. Financing was quick and painless. Left with the vehicle with no trade-in and no down payment. I spent more time in line at Costco at holiday season that it took to complete the whole deal. My "go to" place for vehicles from now on! For me this was a very good car buying experience. I was looking for a 2 seater convertible and they had every different model I was interested in. I was able to take the cars out on my own to test drive a looking for a 2 seater convertible and they had every different model I was interested in. I was able to take the cars out on my own to test drive and in a couple of hours narrowed my choice down from four cars to the one I bought. The price was not negotiable, which was a strange new experience for me, but was a very competitive number and I felt I drove away without being taken. Floyd was very easy to work with and everyone was willing to stay a bit past closing time to finalize the deal. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was that masks were not being worn by the staff at all times and during this pandemic that says to me that they don't care as much as they should about their clients.
