Great experience from out of state buyer- I recently went shopping online when my local Ford dealership tried to add a bunch of junk fees while trying to purchase a local pre-owned Mustang. They had the car that matched the car I was trying to purchase here locally. I called and spoke with Andrew and he was beyond helpful throughout the entire experience. Not only did he make the process easy but he was very transparent throughout the entire transaction; no games, "back and forth", etc.. He did everything I requested in a timely fashion(pictures of the car, paperwork, etc.) and the Sales Mgr, Chris, even sent me a video walk through of the car. From sales, to management, to Felicia in finance, the process was super smooth. Buying a car that you have not seen from 1500 miles away can be a little disconcerting. -We received the car via transport in less than a week from our original contact; they even shopped the shipping fees too! My experience was great. I was preapproved with USAA so the night before i found a vehicle i liked and contacted the dealership online. The next day we went for a test drive and decided to purchase the veh the night before i found a vehicle i liked and contacted the dealership online. He didnt pressure me and was straight foward with me when i asked for price out the door. Didnt ask for me to fill out unecessary paperwork to run a credit check since i was already preapproved with my bank. The whole process took less then an hour and really smooth. The vehicle was priced very well too. I spent a week test driving alot of cars at different places before i finally came here and im glad i said no to the other places. More

It was a simple exchange of words and to just have the vehicle and atmosphere itself do the talking.
