To whomever , I recently purchased a chevy 2500hd truck from Wheelers Automotive and couldn't be more pleased. I received a letter to replace the blower motor/resistor harness in my 2004 silverado. I took my truck to Wheelers and had them replace the unit itself under warranty. After the serivce, I had found some harness in my 2004 silverado. I took my truck to Wheelers and had them replace the unit itself under warranty. After the serivce, I had found some leftover small copper wire and a wire shrouding left on my floor mat. I was displease to find this but found out a possible cause, and though it was due to non-work related technician's loss. I contacted Marlita about the remains after the service, and was given an accomidation to make up for this. I found this pleasing as I am VERY picky about my truck. This is why I rated a 2 of the quality of work. The blower motor controls are working fine, which is good. But due to the poor cleanup, I rated it bad. Please note that. The truck later had an airbag light come on, being alarmed after having it serviced I contacted the service department with my complaint. Marlita, from customer service did accomidate my complaint with a diagnostic. I later had this verified and was happy to see that they had given me the right information. Though I will be replacing the sensor myself I was please with the outcome of the situation. My overall experience from this dealership was rocky at first, but the follow-up really pulled through for them. More
