When I decided to purchase a new vehicle I went through 4 different dealerships in the Green Bay area. Not one of the 4 was willing to listen to what I wanted in a new vehicle. I was very impressed with the knowledge of the their staff on GMC vehicles, models, features, options, etc. I'm very happy with the experience Wheelers provided me during the purchase of my new vehicle. I will keep Mary Jo's phone number stored in my phone and she will be the only call I make in a couple of years when my wife needs a new car. One day I had a quick question and called Mary Jo to ask her something and she answered her phone while in Detroit at a conference. Not only did she take my call, she answered my question. I told her to check out Joe Lewis Arena (home of the Red Wings - my favorite team) while she was in town. A week later when she personally delivered my truck she had Red Wings key chain for me! Vehicle was brought in for a recall. Service was done within one hour. I had also ordered a small container of touchup paint, for which I was charged $13.00+. Not with Wheelers; I was on the GM website looking at vehicles on a Saturday night and on SUNDAY afternoon received a response from the owner of the dealership and communicated via email couple of times on the pricing. Sean Doepke followed up on all the details and answered my questions. I live about 35 miles from the dealership. Scott came to my place of employment to look at my trade. When I made the decision to buy Sean once again came to me with the purchase contract document. A few days later I traveled to Wheelers to pick-up the vehicle. Sean must have spent close to an hour explaining all of the vehicle functions to my wife and me and activating OnStar and the other electronics.
