I purchased a used vehicle from Wheelers online. I had not seen the vehicle in person or met Michael until I picked up the vehicle. All of our communication was over the internet. His was always quick to respond and always accurate informaiton. The vehicle was exactly as he had described. He had also provided close up photos. The vehicle was also serviced by the dealership prior to the sale so it was in excellent condition mechanically and visually. I would definately purchase another vehicle from Wheelers and Michael. I have purchased many vehicles (30+)over the years and this was by far the best salseperson and dealership I have encountered. More

I had aproblem with my brakes, after replacing all four brakes at the north end of town, the problem was still their. I brought my problem to Marlita. I recently took my 2012 GMC Acadia in for it's first Oil Change. Upon entering the dealership I was treated as if I was the only one in the building. Ben knew who I was and was quick to answer the questio Change. Upon entering the dealership I was treated as if I was the only one in the building. Ben knew who I was and was quick to answer the questions I had, and even took the time to come outside and show me an item I was looking for on the vehicle. While writing up the service order I had mentioned that one of the tires had been showing signs of a leak. The item as noted on the service order and I was asked if I needed a ride. (Had my own coming) Received a call within the few hours stating the vehicle was done. Great. Upon getting back to the dealership to get my car I was once again greeted with smiles from everyone at the service desk. Everything was fine, until I got my bill. While I know that an item such as a screw in a tire isn't a warrantied item, I thought maybe a new vehicle with under 3000 miles they might let it slide and repair it at no cost. (My Wive had the same think happen in 2009 with my 2009, again about that 3000 mile mark and the dealer, a different dealer fixed it at no cost. After they had come out and changed the tire and brought it back to the shop.) Now, a few weeks after my first Oil Change we receive in the mail from GMC a certificate for "First Oil Change Free". While I know this is a ploy to get me back into the dealership.....it's a little late for the "First Oil Change Free" since I've had my first oil change. What do you think folks......will they honor it? Stay tuned.....I'll let you know. More
