Earlier this year I had mentioned to Michael that our current Equinox would be out of warranty in October of this year. He said he would keep that in mind and be on the look out for a similar vehicle i current Equinox would be out of warranty in October of this year. As the warranty expiration was approaching Michael contacted us about the vehicle we ended up purchasing. It was 2 years newer than our previous Equinox and he worked the purchase of a 3 year warranty into the deal. Even with the warranty he still kept the monthly payments very close to our current payments and found us a lower interest rate for the loan. We had purchased new tires in the spring for the Equinox we were planning to trade in. After speaking to Michael and to Greg (in service) we worked out a deal to keep our new tires and put them on the new vehicle which pleased my wife and I. While signing papers, Daniel came over and shook our hands thanking us for the purchase. Having one of the owners thank us added to the overall purchase experience. We are happy with our 2012 Equinox. Michael did an outstanding job. The transaction was extremely smooth, all of our questions were answered and Michael made sure we understood the features of our new vehicle. I would recommend Wheelers to anyone for service or for a vehicle purchase. My wife and I have been a customer at Wheelers for approximately 13 years for both service and vehicle purchase.
