Purchased my Mazda 3 hatchback at Whaling City Mazda. Typical dealership where salesman agreed to trade in price, then lowballed me. Then after coming through noticed there was a deep scratch on the car. Typical dealership where salesman agreed to trade in price, then lowballed me. Then after coming through noticed there was a deep scratch on the car. Salesman (Ray) said bring the car up. (2.5hr round trip) They buffed it, scratch came back next day. Brought it up the next week after being told they’d have a loaner (2.5hr round trip again) only to be told no loaners. Complete waste of my time and typical sell you the car and false promises after.
