I always get a free loaner car..... the fact that they understand the need for this convenience speaks volumes for their philosophy of customer service. They also have a single customer advisor assigned to you so you deal with the same person every time you come in. My advisor is David Haas and he is exceptional- knowledgable, consistent and conscientious. He calls as soon as my car is ready but if it's late in the day, he offers the option to wait until the morning to pick up my car. This is exceptional because I live in West University so Westside is quite a distance away. My advisor before David was just as good. I have never been disappointed with my experience at Westside and would highly recommend them to anyone! More
