My car was returned after 2 additional days and now is functioning properly. I sent an email for status- response was to let me know when part was available. Following day I requested another status and response was my car was ready. I was given a couple gallons of gas for my inconvenience. Also I previously had 60k service and the Maintenance Screen was not reset suggesting I needed rotation, fluids, filters etc. This is my 4th RX350 from Westside. . Previously satisfied with dealer but reconsidering next service/purchase.

I give my advisor 0; the odometer on the car shows 22,200, the car was due for an oil change and he wanted to charge for that; I ended up not doing it. More

Chase has been my customer service representative for many years. He is so up-to-date on individual cars, their problems, and really understands my needs for the two old Lexus cars that we drive. These are a 2010 IS-250 and a 2011 LS-460L. They are mainly driven around the city. The cars are always cleaned and look great when we leave. We are loyal customers of Westside Lexus. Bought 3 cars from this dealership.
