Painless and dependable service. My tire pressure light came on suddenly and without too much thought I just turned the car around from my planned errand route and drove to the Lexus My tire pressure light came on suddenly and without too much thought I just turned the car around from my planned errand route and drove to the Lexus Service Department. They took me in without an appointment, diagnosed the problem (nail in the rear tire), fixed it and sent me on my way without charge in less than 45 minutes. When I arrived I went to the front desk since I didn't have an appointment and I was just hoping that they could fit me in. After I checked in at the desk and was going to the waiting area, my usual Service guy, Josh G., noticed me and stopped what he was doing and came over. I told him the problem and he stepped in and took care of everything in a very short amount of time. I was able to get my original errands run and didn't have to reschedule anything. That was a big relief. More

Oil change, minor repairs I went in for an oil change, and had a couple of things fixed while I was there. My thermometer stopped working, so they said the sensor became disco I went in for an oil change, and had a couple of things fixed while I was there.
