Last minute service department drop-0ff Andrew Tran always provides great service. Leaving work late in the day on Monday, my vehicle barely started and I did not want to chance taking it h Andrew Tran always provides great service. Leaving work late in the day on Monday, my vehicle barely started and I did not want to chance taking it home and waiting until the next day, so I went to Westside Lexus to drop it off to be serviced around 6:00p.m. Andrew was still there when I pulled in and explained the battery may need to be replaced. He was patient, took all the information down and made sure all was input and I had been taken care of. He contacted me the next day and told me they had checked all the systems and it was simply a battery issue and they had replaced it and pro-rated the remaining life I had on the existing battery. Excellent service and service department and great communication. More
