Service for 2015 RX350 Laura is always very helpful and punctual. I had the 25,000 service call and thought it would only take a few minutes (less than an hour) since the oi Laura is always very helpful and punctual. I had the 25,000 service call and thought it would only take a few minutes (less than an hour) since the oil would be checked and not changed. the service took about an hour and twenty-five minutes. having said that, you should be very happy that is the only negative item mentioned. As is always the case, the Lexus service team is diligent and efficient. The interaction that this review is based on was service for regularly-scheduled maintenance. All I had to do was leave the car out front and leave the keys for them. They came and got the car, did their work, and returned it before I ever even got off a conference call. Excellent Service with Scott Bissonett I am traveling away from my home in Phoenix, AZ. The alternator on my 1998 LS400 failed while I was in Houston. The Service Technician was able to quickly diagnose the issue within 2 hours of leaving my car and noted a number of other issues. Scott was extremely helpful moving my car through the repair process and was able to identify those items that could wait until I could return to my home Lexus Dealership (Lexus of Chandler) in Chandler, AZ.
