Mostly very good - Overall good service. After arriving home I read the Lexus Service paperwork provided and it listed 42 items on a "Passed Tasks" list. So I checked Overall good service. After arriving home I read the Lexus Service paperwork provided and it listed 42 items on a "Passed Tasks" list. So I checked the Radiator Fluid Level and found it to be below the LOW line and the Windshield Washer fluid was not topped off. I called the Service Consultant and he said pop-in anytime and we will take care of it - which Will did - quite rapidly. I believe this reflects that the Certified Technician was lacking in checking what his employees did or did not do when actually serviced. I was there for a oil change and tire rotation. However this makes one wonder if the other 40 items were actually checked? Not that I expected that, but if the Service Dept provides a sheet stating the items were visually checked - they should do it! Right? More
