Poor communication, don’t care attitude Went for 50,000 service. Told needed new tires(old ones purchased from dealer 12/16. Had many different explanation why same tire that previously had Went for 50,000 service. Told needed new tires(old ones purchased from dealer 12/16. Had many different explanation why same tire that previously had gotten 30,000 the ones I bought got 15,000. Very disappointed after driving Lexus over 20 years. I doubt my next car will be a Lexus after this experience. More

Sold me a car with a bed alternator I purchased a so called Certified Pre-owned car (2011 ES 350) from this dealership in 2014 and the experience has been terrible right after I drove th I purchased a so called Certified Pre-owned car (2011 ES 350) from this dealership in 2014 and the experience has been terrible right after I drove the car out of the lot. Within 3 days the car battery died and I had to get a tow truck to move the car to their service lot. Instead to doing a thorough check, they simply replaced the battery and told me everything was fine. Same issue reoccured again in 2015 and they again simply changed the battery. Fast forward to 2018 and my car died on me right on the highway. I had to pay a wrecker to tow my car to a mechanic shop and had the battery replaced. The mechanic informed me that it was my alternator having issues all these years and wondered why nobody from the Westside Lexus service center picked it up during the numerous "diagnostics inspections". I drove the car to Westside Lexus service center and gave them a timeline of the issues I have has since driving the car out of their lot in 2014. They then decided to do a test on the alternator and found out it was bad, then slapped me with an estimate of $1700 to fix it. Jokers!!! Y'all waited for my warranty to expire before diagnosing a simple alternator problem. I'm done with ya'll. And I have also had to replace my car A.C because the evaporator core was bad. All within 3 years of purchasing a so called " Certified Pre-Owned" car. More

Pay, regardless. I took my es350 for oil change. Everything was already in tip-top shape. I got a call from the advisor trying to sell me a pair of tires for 750, when I took my es350 for oil change. 65000 mile service I was able to get my service appointment to suit my schedule. Laura was waiting for me even though it was a 12:15 PM appointment. Even when I made the appointment over the internet and did not request a loaner vehicle, Laura offer me one. She called me later Friday afternoon that the service was complete and that I could pickup the vehicle Friday. I explained that I was busy and could not pick it up until Saturday morning. On Saturday morning my vehicle was ready and waiting. It had even been washed. I appreciated that wash since my vehicle was covered with pollen when I brought it in. More
