good service but issue not resolved Will and the service dept worked diligently to find a rattle in my 2013 GS 350. He even greatly exceeded the number of hours that I paid for. He suggested that we stop the search as they would need to start charging and get into body work. This is the right call. I am disappointed in the Lexus product. I have moved away from other brands because of rattles. I thought Lexus was different. I guess not. I will be looking at other brands first when it is time for my next ride. More

Waste of time I went in to have my IS 200t for check up because it was making noise for the back and the speedometer jumps when I speed up I little gave it to them I went in to have my IS 200t for check up because it was making noise for the back and the speedometer jumps when I speed up I little gave it to them for a day then found out that it’s wear and tear the car only has 16000 miles at the time overall not have with the car right now and Lexus More
